HOW TO MEASURE
Accurate measurements ensure perfect fit. Use a flexible measuring tape directly against your body.
BUST/CHEST
Measure around the fullest part, keeping tape parallel to floor. Breathe normally.
WAIST
Find your natural waistline (above hip bones, below ribcage). Measure without pulling tight.
HIPS
Stand with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom.
FOOT LENGTH
Place foot on paper, mark heel and longest toe. Measure the distance in centimeters.
BELT SIZE
Measure your waist where you wear your trousers. Add 2 inches for comfort.
MEASUREMENT TIPS
- Wear minimal, form-fitting clothing
- Stand naturally, don't hold breath
- Keep tape snug but not tight
- Measure twice for accuracy
- Round up if between sizes
- For shoes, measure both feet (use larger)
- Measure feet in afternoon (when slightly swollen)
